Watch Some Polygon Porn In GIF Form

I don’t know what our obsession is with geometry, polygons, polyhedrons, symbols in general: I think that we’re surrounded by so many messages- sometimes screamed in our faces- that something without agenda is soothing and intriguing. The less we know, the more we want to know: that’s why geometric GIFs like this are so entrancing. It’s like a whole world of breathing shapes exists, a world without the frustrations of language and imagery. Aesthetics are the only message, here: and what a refreshing message it is.

These Intense, Geometric GIFs Are A Psychedelic Treat

Mix one part Lisa Frank, three parts cyberpunk, put it in a Portuguese shaker and what do you get? This magnificent GIFwork from FalcaoLucas, a team of designers and visual mavens from Portugal. I’m adding these guys to my tentative list of “People Who Will Be Kicking A Lot Of Ass In Future”.

A Hilarious Animation Of How Your Brain Works On A Date

As Ringling College of Art and Design students Josiah Haworth, Joon Shik Song and Joon Soo Son remind us in their CGI film, “Brain Divided”, first dates are always distressing. Watch, wince and relate to this man as the right and left sides of his brain wage war on each other. Which wins out the emotional and impulsive right side, or the logical left?
